I now it is off topic a bit but you open the door. So what would be a better
choice for raw conversion? As a K20D owner I sure would like to know, LR2 is
not bad but like you say the workflow is probably the best, so is the speed.
I tried different ones, Silkypix, too slow to open folders, so is Capture
One. ACDSee 3 is pretty good and fast. Raw Therapee just seems to give some
artefacts, Bible Pro seems to change too much the overall picture, doesn't
look right. LightZone is pretty good also but some final images aren't up to
LR2. Just evaluating LR3 and it is a bit better with the final output but
time will tell.
Thanks.

Another Raw converter is included in the print program Qimage, it is more or less an automatic conversion, and very good too!! see http://www.ddisoftware.com
The converter used is the same DCraw as used in Raw Therapee.
