[HDR-photo] HDR for Spherical Panoramas

In Photomatix Pro there is an option under automate that is for Single  
File Conversion, the dialog box that come up has the heading of "Batch  
Conversion of Single Files" and allows you to select a folder and tone  
map using either Details enhancer or Tone Compressor, I have not tried  
it but if I had your issue I would try it.
