[HDR-photo] Professional printing of HDR images

Thank you, Terry, that was very helpful! And it does seem to be more
complicated than I thought. I think you are right that it s best to leave it
to the photographer to provide an image or poof that he approves and I can
work with. Thanks for the tips!
