[HDR-photo] Multiple CPUs

There is always a trade off between cost to
synchronize threads and the benefit using more CPUs.
It very much depends on what algorithms are performed.
Also Photoshop is not always using 4 CPUs. 

As others said using all CPUs can harm other programs
running on the machine and make you machine little
responsive.

Why is video so ideal for multitasking? You can run
the same code for different images in the movie.
