[HDR-photo] Re: HDR Book

I received a copy earlier this week without any of the delay/shipping
issues people who pre-ordered have experienced.  Amazon probably has
two entries for the same book in their inventory, one showing it's not
released (the one people pre-ordered) and then the one that actually
*is* available that people have been receiving.

I skimmed over the book the day I received it and it seems very
thorough.  Looking forward to reading it more in-depth this weekend.
