[HDR-photo] Re: HDR Book

After seeing DeeDee's email I called Amazon customer service about my order 
which had been placed in August.  I was told that the book was not available 
until December and that the web site was wrong about it being in inventory. 
After I read DeeDee's email to her she did further checking and came back 
with the same answer.  I asked to speak to her supervisor and after the same 
kind of discussion he checked and found that it was available.  For some 
reason my original order could not be shipped.  He cancelled my original 
order and asked me to place it again with 2-day shipping and he would give 
me credit for the shipping.  I not have confirmation that it will ship on 
Wednesday and the supervisor did remove the shipping charge.
