[HDR-photo] [Admin] Digest multiple emails issue

To all digest subscribers of the list.

We recently made a change to the list options to ensure that people
that turned digest mode on would not receive more than one email
digest per day. However, we made a mistake when setting the option and
instead each new message to the list since we changed the option has
been sent as a separate digest.
We have now corrected the issue, but please accept our apologies for
this error. We'll make sure that this doesn't happen again in the
future.
