[HDR-photo] Why does the preview look better than the
final output image?

Hi guys,
I've been putting 2.4 through some serious work over the last few days and when it's doing the job it's great, but it seems a bit 'buggy' and crashes on a regular basis.
Has anybody else noticed this?
