I spent all of yesterday producing several finished HDR's of each different
view. Each one had one more exposure added then the previous. I found that
as I added more exposures the detail within the finished shot improved and
that it wasn't until I got to around 12 exposures that I was beginning to
feel happy with the end result. Maybe it was the subject matter, it was a
dark night (they are usually ! ) and I was shooting cafes around the town
square. They had neon signs with street lights and shops to the sides. I
wanted to be able to read the neon signs and see into the shop windows.
Around the 12th exposure I was beginning to get the desired effect and so
worked on from there.

Am I doing something horrendously wrong ?

John
