Sorry - i forgot to mention:

A slight deviation of Mark's proposed workflow if you have bracketed 
images with enough details in each exposure to align them (assuming you 
use PTGui or Hugin, don't know if other software will allow this):

- Load all bracketed images in _one_ panorama project and align them all.
- Create you bracketed panoramas from this single project by doing 
several stitcher runs.
-> In each stitcher run you select only those images that are from one 
exposure.

This is especially useful if you have heavily mis-aligned bracketed 
images...
