[HDR-photo] Chromatic Aberration

As Royce mentioned earlier, CA and color noise is enhanced during the tone mapping process. I notice when I adjust an image for chromatic aberration in ACR the pixels appear to shift. Do I need to apply CA correction to all the images in the set at the same level, even if CA is barely visible in say the -2EV image. Does anyone have experience with CA and how it might change the image?
